Change is continuously focus on the future, taking the right decisions at the right moment and therefore this is an important factor for businesses. When a company of organization undertakes projects or initiatives to improve performance, business opportunities or change key issues, they often require certain in the business processes, job roles, organizational structures and more.

Change management deals with many different disciplines, from behavioral and social sciences aspects to IT and business processes.

Change often invokes resistance with employees. It’s a systematic approach by a change manager to deal with change both from the perspective of an organization and the individual. There have been lots of scientific and practical studies on change Management for a learning point of view.
