The right people with the right skills is the foundation of the structure of an organization. People are managed from a strategic, tactical and operational point of view.

Henri Fayol, one of the founding fathers of this discipline, described multiple management functions that make up the basic process. He also describes certain principles of management, in order to have success and achieve your organizational goals.

Most likely this discipline involves identifying the mission, objective, procedures, rules and manage people of an enterprise to contribute to the success of the enterprise. Management deals with many different disciplines, from behavioral and social sciences aspects to IT and business processes. There have been lots of scientific and practical studies on this discipline for a learning point of view.
