Three main types of strategy in HR

Each strategy is personalized for each company. However, there are three general types that HR strategies can be categorized in. The three main types are: change strategy, reinforcement strategy and innovation strategy. The types of strategy can be combined and are always based on the strengths and weaknesses of the company. Both should be improved upon. A change strategy strives to change the current situation or ensures that changes are correctly implemented.
