Human Resources (HR) and career has everything to do with managing an organization’s personnel. The essence of Human Resources and Career is to maximize an organization’s productivity and effectiveness.

HR Managers are concerned with finding the right people for the organization, managing salaries, providing salary and other benefits, evaluating performance, resolving conflicts between colleagues and communicating with employees at all levels of the organization. Within an organization, the Human Resources / HR manager has a generalist or a specialist position. Generalists support employees with their questions, complaints or problems. The specialist has a specific HR function. In senior management, the Chief HR Officer, or HR Director, reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and works with the Board of Directors on the success of the organization.

Human Resources (HR) is a product of various movements from the beginning of the twentieth century. They began by researching and documenting ways to align strategic management with personnel management. Over the past few decades, much research has been done on this subject. Several experts and researchers have carried out extensive scientific and practical studies from a leading and developing perspective.
