Stress is a personal imbalance between demands and resources. It emerges when pressure occurs. Stress Management is the ability to control and reduce this imbalance. The most common factors / situations for the creation of stress (stressors) are conflicts, the way people are treated, unclear expectations, poor communication, workload and cooperation.

Stress Relieve Management Techniques like scientific based models (i.e. the Lazarus Transactional model), methods and exercises deal with many different disciplines, from behavioral aspects to leadership, communication and business processes. There have been lots of scientific and practical studies on Stress Management for a learning point of view.
